    Brb, making a Roberto Carlos 1:1 port.

    No, it is an interesting mechanic, granted (as you mentioned) it being on new heroes and not added onto current ones.

    How awesome would it be with a new type of int semi carry having this kind of spell.
    Being able to throw a weak nuke that goes around the creep wave and hit eg. forsaken archer
    Backdooring is not cheating but it's rarely done, even in pubs.
    And if it happens it's so easy to counter that most of the time it fails. So if you can't handle it, you can't be pro.

    Simple, yet fun and potentially powerful. I see no reason why anyone would t-down this.

    Talking about balance makes no sense, as being able to curve projectiles wouldn't be imba by itself.

    Anyway. You COULD complete the curve. As it is right now, it will only do a 180 degree curve. It would be awesome if it could continue and do the full 360. You've already drawn the curve, so it would make no difference in how the spell is targeted.

    Yes, I agree, I haven't seen a legitimate reason for t-down yet.

    Do you mean in the way that the 360 curve flight path is decided with 3 anchor positions: the hero and the two targeted positions? Yes, this would probably work as well.
