Weakening aura

just a suggestion so bote on the concept. everyone knows that if a carry wants to farm the further the lane is pushed the harder it is. I jsut thought of an item that does the opposite of greaves to your own creeps it make them take X amount additional damage allowing the other creeps to push more towards your tower base allowing easier farm.

Not sure on the recipe how much it should cost or whether support or carry should get the item but vote on the concept plz.

I realise last hit deny is the ebst way to not push a lane but still this item could be useful

Well, as good as it sounds, buying something to make your creeps weaker is just bad. Maybe It should be something like ring of the teacher, but with a toggable effect so you can toggle it to +armor when you have farmed enough?
