I didnt think so, until the other day where i played a rampage with one who seemed to be permabashing people into oblivion, and now im not so sure. Anyone shed some light on this?
btw, its the rhino that does the bashing, so from a logical point of view, the rider could have a basher too
chance to get a bash will go up by about 10% but you still can't perma bash.

I mean, as soon as I read "never in my life" I knew I just had to check the replay database...
If I recall correctly, and I probably don't, bash ability and brutaliser share a cooldown. Whilst I THINK the game will calculate both into the attack, ie the 17% chance to bash and 33% chance to brutalise, if one, and only one will, go off then they both go on their respective cooldowns.
Better items on rampage anyway.

To get philosophical, I figure it's implicit that I was responding to the account of whoever made the post and not the person. For all I know he could be controlled by the borg collective and comprised of millions of individual suppressed personalities. The fact remains that the account that said "I have never played Rampage" has, in fact.
I think Rampage isn't that terrible, I hate knowing when I'm farming on a squishier hero and I know hes creeping up on me, you can't expect pubbers to TP and make the save.

Raped. And I agree on the philosophical point of view. That can be applied to anything. So the fact that it could just "be his brother" playing doesn't mean anything. The account had said that it has never ever played rampage before. This is obviously a lie. But of course he's going to come back here and explain himself saying his brother was on his account, and trying to save his face. But that doesn't mean it's true. I have played him once, in august last year. I cant say hes a noob hero when i have never played him can i ? theres no point be a sheep and just not playing a hero because everyone else hates him
