If you type !ih in lc-rec the bot will tell you the status of any IH games. I will have him announce it in channel as well.

You have the bot and all. Really nice concept on recruiting, I like it. The only issue is it lacks organization.

I've spent days in the lobby. Trying to get into an IH but they're always full. Obviously all the IH are LC members. So open spots for recruits are limited to 1 maybe 2. I've talked to people waiting in lobby as well and see the same issue.

And when I do get into an IH the members don't seem to recognize. And I never get any feedback. Even though I state I'm a recruit. And it's made aware before the game starts. Anyone care to lend a hand in here?

Hell, I'd personally be more then happy to help out with this issue if I was in the clan. I would personally watch over and make sure people would be attended to.

It may be imposing, but it easier to join in off-hours, when games need 1-2 more players to fill, as opposed to when they jump to 17/17 in seconds. I've seen LC-rec up to about 20 people recently, which does severely slow down the recruitment process for the individual.

All I can suggest is make sure that the host knows you are a rec - he has the power to kick, so as long as he doesn't, you should be able to play. Even whisper him so it stands out from the general spam of all chat.

As for the feedback - make sure to ask for it as the game is ending / after it is over. You can check how you are doing by typing
/w lc_bot recinfo (username) to get your score, and
/w lc_bot votedetail (username) to get more detailed explanations on votes.

I've had the same issues. I'm hoping that it will be a little easier to get into an in house game once you guys get a few more members.

I alwasy crash too if I try to join a private channel through the normal interface. But, if you just type '/join Lc-rec' then you can avoid that problem.

Yes, using the [Join Channel] button is bugged. To join any channel really you need to use the /j [channel name] command
