I heard devourer say "Now you know how it is like to be hungry for something" and I want to know when he says it. Is it when he kills or have a streak etc

Its either when he does not have mana enough for a spell, or its on cooldown.

Cant remember which.

Reminds me of the time I was playing Tree. Only time I've ever heard him say "Your mother must've fallen off the ugly Tree, and hit every branch on the way down"

yeah he says it when you try using an ability when you dont have enough mana
