so guys.....
i been doing some conversion problems but now im stuck and in need of some help on these last 3 problems.
Calculate the mass of each of the following.
a sphere of gold with a radius of 40.0 cm [the volume of a sphere with a radius r is V = (4/3)πr3; the density of gold = 19.3 g/cm3]
90.0 mL of ethanol (the density of ethanol = 0.798 g/mL)
and finally
vanillin (used to flavor vanilla ice cream and other foods) is the substance whose aroma the human nose detects in the smallest amount. The threshold limit is 2.0 multiplied by 10-11 g per liter of air. If the current price of 35 g of vanillin is $112, determine the cost to supply enough vanillin so that the aroma could be detected in a large aircraft hangar with a volume of 4.7 multiplied by 107 ft3. (Enter your answers in units of dollars and two decimal places.)
thanks.
mmm ice cream
so what are you asking for?
isnt it a bad thing that you are being asked these questions and dont know the answer?
You are such a dumbass. This is elementary algebra; you actually have to think about how to get the answer.
If you can't get through Dimensional Analysis in the most simplest of chemestry courses, which is fundamental in that course, then just drop it.
