Remake for the team only if someone disconnects

Scenario:
When a person leaves or get disconnected right at the beginning, we try to pause the game and wait for the person to reconnect. While we are waiting, we try to come to a agreement with the other team to remake if the missing person isn't coming back.

The problem is that it is ALWAYS one person who doesn't give a damn and try to unpause, and when the remake vote plops up, he denys it instantly.... Free psr and easy kills for them (mostly).

Suggestion:
Now, what about creating a system that makes it possible ONLY for the team to vote about remake if a person on their team fully disconnects the first 10-15 min or so?

Update:
I have feel that I have to update my suggestion a small bit, but my point is still the same. This suggestion might need timer, or a trigger that will type out a message when the 2 min will expire (min and seconds).

New Suggestion:

If a player FULLY disconnects the FIRST 10 min of the game, then shall ONLY the team (who lost a man) get an option to vote remake the next 2 min. After those 2 min, the voting will return to normal.

Maybe if that's the case lower the amount of people required to remake to one less if it's just that one guy that's being a jerk. This way a team can't disconnect at will and keep remaking.

You have to think that if the team is losing hard they can vote rmk too, so, making team rmk is not a solution really, maybe rmk requires 7 votes or something.

That is one solution, but i think it should be up to team, who got the disadvantage in the beginning.

I think the remake system might be better if, when a player full-DC's, the team with the DC'ed player has a chance to remake with fewer votes needed. I don't think that such a specific scenario needs addressing in particular.

I want to be able to call remake before a discon. So i'm voting no.

I really do like the idea of fixing this problem, but i can't see how, as at 15mins your team can concede.

Perhaps if a player has fully disconnected before 10mins, the ability to remake reopens untill 10mins?

Also the whole 9/10 to remkae thing would be pretty sweet, as that would suggest 4/5 of the OTHER team is for the remake - making it pretty dang obvious what should happen.

Now I have seen lots of people saying that the voting should be with fewer votes, and I hoped that it would be that simple. It takes only one person to deny the vote, and it won't pass, and usually that person got a friend or more to support him.

If the amount of people to vote gets lowered to much, it might be abused. If it gets lowered with only on person, might be resulting in denying with a friend. If not changed at all, i would not be talking here

@TullipHunter.. I wrote fully disconnect because he might rejoin again, it happens.

I wrote down 10-15 because it is hard to draw the line were it's perfect. 5 is to low, because the person can't fully disconnect. 15 is to much. But i wrote 10-15 so the line could be somewhere between.

Your suggestion with 10 min and reopen is definitive an option.

There are a lot of opinions here because it's a sensitive subject i guess. It doesn't happen that very often that a person FULLY disconnects the first 5-10 min of the game, but when it happens i would be glad to have a choice to remake. In 5-10 you won't have any level or items and might not even know who got the advantage, so it's not a big loss for anyone.

This is indeed a problem, and I'm all in for this. Asking the opposing team's opinion never works in pub games, because there'll always be people wanting the easy PSR as mentioned.

Well my suggestion will cover this kind of, but force remake won't do any good imo.
