Regular. Could at least have an explanation so that we could understand WHY you chose that name.
Bad. I really think the names don't match the heroes as they should.
Horrible. You'd rather just make the images and write nothing over them.
Id love to see an war beast and Lord salforis combo, if possible mate.
ps. and if possible an model for this to add ingame (love the combo idea for warbeast)

I took parts of the icons, maybe adjusted them slightly and recoloured them. I added a few shadows and some lines for better transitions.

A few suggestions for the names:
Torturer + Corrupted Disciple = "Executor of Pain".
Glacius + Wretched Hag = "Frozen Shade" or "Icy Shade". "Cold" is just too soft of an adjective.
Soul Reaper + Kraken = "Depth Lurker". "Undersea Terror" just smacks of 50s B horror movies.
Wild Soul + Tempest = "Storm Druid". Simpler.
Sand Wraith + Pharaoh = "Sand Lurker" or "Hot Ash".
Legionnaire + Madman = "The Chopper" or "Gore Feast"
Legionnaire + Andromeda = "The Watcher" or "Voidmaster"
These are cool. Good job!
