I like the concept but it needs tweaking

(This is my first hero suggestion well, ever i figured i would give it a shot)
ROCK WORM
Starting-
Str- 26
agi- 14
int-16
Per level-
str 2.8
agi 1.7
int 1.9
I noticed in this game we have only three forms of terrain control- Deadwoods clearcutting, sandwraiths first skill and behemoths fissure. This hero is all about manipulating his enemies and otherwise being a pain in the a**
First skill- Gorge
"The rock worm is at home in the ground. sometimes he likes to redecorate"
Rock worm gains 5/10/10/15% movement speed increase and leaves a gorge behind it for 2/3/4/4 seconds when it moves with this ability active the rockworm ignores terrain elevation and turns them flat has for the gorges duration. The gorge slows all enemy heros by 10/15/20/30% when they are in contactwith it. The gorge last 2/3/4/7 seconds
Rockworms escape/chase mechanism
Second skill-
Tectonic ripple-
"Sometimes the ground is still... Sometimes.."
The rock worm pounds the earth with its tail, any gorge,fissure or pit trap begins to shudder violently sending out ripples(imagine tiny behemoth ults) that deal 10/20/30/40 physical dmg every second, these ripples will bounce between units in a 50 radius 3 times.
"This is rock worms bread and butter, if you place it correctly its incredbly effective, if not....well"
Stone hide
Third skill-
"they dont call it a rock worm for nothing"
SCRAPPED(new ability in development)
Ultimate!
Pitfall-
"That wasn't there before"
Range- 550
Radius-150-300-400
Duration-3/5/7
"The rockworm surges forward and creates hole in the earth, enemies heros within it are immobile and take 25/40/60 physical damage a second and ranged attacks have a chance to miss from the heros trapped.

YOUR BEST FRIENDS
- Your ult keeps them togethor for quite the while. Magmus can abuse this with his ult. very, very easily.
- Another obvious one, his ult and your ult are blood brothers.
- his ult/meteor and your ult/tectonic will make short work of damn near anything
-Your tectonic pulse works with his fissure. not to mention the terrain control and combined ults
- Just because their immobilised doesn't mean they cant retaliate night hounds smoke bomb fixes that.
-his root amplifies the damage of your pulse. Do want
- more ult synergy, plus he gives you mana for your abilities

WORST ENEMIES
- his long range stun interupts the channeling of your tectonic plate. Not good.
-his stun wil get you whether you incap him or not besides he can still ult you with a vengeance
-Your spells have somewhat long cooldowns and a silenced worm does nothing
-Mana drain and blink means your his *****.
Any hero with high armour since all your abilities are physical.

The idea is sort of cool, but i dislike what youve done with it. There's just so much more you could do with the idea of a worm delving through the earth.
Also, the ult is so un ult worthy that the only way it would be viable is with a 10 second cooldown.

Ah forgot to include c/d didn't i. Anyways the reason its so un-ult worthy was because i figured that in conjuction with tectonic ripple and earthwave you would be doing 100 or so dmg a second that would rebound multiple times to equal out to about 300 a second for 5-7 seconds depending on how many heros you have trapped. I suppose i could enlarge the radius. I understand there is work to be done but some constructive ccriticism would be nice.
Oh, yeah I missed that synergy :P perhaps posting an additional part with synergies and playstyle would be helpful to avoid confusion and help you get as many votes as possible.
With what you just said in mind he becomes more interesting; the idea of trying to get that perfect combo is pretty cool.
Also, just for voting purposes I'd recommend with future hero suggestion threads you stick to simple "yea, nay" vote options. it makes it easier to avoid confusion for getting into popular submissions.

I always wanted a hero who can be more of a pain than a tank/carry etc.
Like Dark Seer from DotA, so well you sure got my vote. And oh yea.. get cd's for all the spells.
Binary is a two answer poll - Yes or No (You will need to ask a mod to change it a believe).
Okay, at first I thought when you said terrain control that this guy would be able to take out cliffs. I am not sure whether gorge is suppose to do that, the ability sounds like it could, but is it?
I don't think skill 2 causing behe's fissure to do extra damage is that good. I mean I know there a good combos and all, but these two would utterly dominate even without this benefit. I don't like the idea of having a forced synergy between two heroes (but it would be cool if gorge did go through cliffs that it goes through fissure aswell).
Third skill is fine.
Ult is cool, would be a decently short cool down ult, around 20-30 seconds?

well i intended it too but has i made him he ended up controlling the terrain by griefing methods. the gorge will follow him wherever he moves making phaseboots rather ideal. I should elaborate on a few abilities like tectonic pulse is supposed to be channeled. I think i will change it to that.
IMO the passive is a little beefy. I'm thinking in relation to DotA's Dragon Knight. It's basically his Dragon's blood but with 2x the health regen. This may not end up being a big deal considering that he is a much different hero than DK, but I just wanted to throw that out there.

Idea for skill:
Escape tunnel
Right before a battle you set one of the ends of a tunnel, and right before the battle starts you set out the other end of the tunnel. It will last for a period of time, and allies can use it to travel fast (almost blink speed) between the two ends.
Maybe instead of setting the two ends manually, you select a target location and the stone worm will dig to that location leaving an tunnel behind. Maybe there could be a sligt stun on the area he pops up at too.

It could be boosted up a bit and used as the ulti instead though :P
Bigger stun, some AoE damage and the possibilities for allies to blink through the tunnel to enter the battlefield. It would be an awesome initiation.
