How to watch replays

I`ve got another problem.. When replay starts, it slows down EXTREMELY to like 0.5 fps.. what the hell? i cant do anything =/

hmm..i have a question about this reply thingy...its about converter...after i download the reply i nid to convert them in to WMV or anything but it wont let me convert the reply file....is there any program to convert this file?..btw the file is HONREPLY file and i want to post my reply in youtube and edit them...

i have a question, when i enter the number for a match (like 25542056 that im trying to watch) I get the statistics for the match, but no mater how many times i press check for file i get nothing... what is the problem here?

Help me please, i wanna download the replay of match id : Match 38631341 but it says replays coming soon!?!? Woot? But can download replays from same day and earlier.. So please make that on availible!? (A)

Sometimes it says "Check for this file" instead of "download replay".

And when I click "check for this file" it says: 'retrieving match information...' but it still wont let me download the replay.

Why is that?

What's the reason for some replays not being able to download them?
Some people say that it needs some days for them to be ready, but i doubt that's the case anymore. There are replays 1 month old that still say "Check for file" . So what's cause this error? is it something on our PCs fault? some data loss? is it S2 database issue?
Does anyone have any sure answer to that?

You DL replays through the game itself, not website...

Is there a way to watch a replay without seeing the stats in huge obvious text five pixels above the "download replay" button?

I like watching tournament matches without knowing who is going to win and it takes roughly .5 seconds of peripheral vision on the stats to figure out who won, no matter how much I try not to think about what I see.

Mac replays are saved in users/(user name)/Library/Application Support/Heroes of Newerth/game/replays/
in case anybody is wondering.

All Beta replays are deleted from S2 servers upon release. Only way to watch beta replays is to download them from a third party site, like for instance our Replay System

I have the replay but HoN says "match has not beem submitted yet" or something like that when I try to play it.

I have no idea where to save the file since there is no replays map.

Put it in ...\My Documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\replays folder. If there isn't one, create it.
