How to watch replays

3. Shows what time mark you are at
4. Shows how long the game is
5. Allows you to lock the camera to a hero so you can fallow them around
6. Shows how far along you are. You can slide the green dot back and
   forth to see different parts of the game.
7. Toggles for of war on and off
8. Shows the speed you are viewing the game at

I have some issues with replays and I have no idea how to fix it, when I try to watch them my screen flashes from a view of the world tree to black and I cannot do anything, any input on how to solve this issue would be greatly appritiated.

I would like to have the console commands for all the commands on the replay bar, and how to bind them to buttons. It seems to use your game binds for replays though. Is it possible to separate game binds and replay binds?

There are two replay mods which stated that they might add custom hotkeys in future versions, if you bug the creators you might be able to get them to add it in.

i have a serious problem when trying to watch replays

the whole replay lags incredibly bad, just flicks between a black screen and a glimpse of the replay

i don't get time to do anything just not watch my freakin replay

I was out of action for 2 months, i see now replays are working, but when i tried to see a match that i played today, instead of "Download replay" it has "Check File" which does nothing when i click it. Also i read that only replay after 1.66.3 work, but why the current version i have is 1.66.2?

i have the same thing as you ^^. like 5 days ago my replay downloading was working. I would play an epic/fun game and just dl it right after. 2 days ago, i had a game agaisnt a friend for bragging rights and dominated him and now i cant dl it or any of my other games from the last few days. help?

i go to match stats, find the game, click the 2nd to right box which is "check file" which should be "download" in which it goes blank for a sec then reapears with "check file". normally it should then say "download" after i select "check file". help?

are replays down?

Why is it that when I put my HoN resolution from 2048 x 1152 to about half that and take all settings down to Low from High and remove reflections etc (like playing gameboy on PC) my fps only goes up 10 or so?

Also which rendering technique is better, the Antriostophic 16x or whatever or Trilinear?

I realize this is a very late reply, but the here's the explanation:

If lower settings that are reliant on your GPU (resolution, most graphical effects) does not improve framerate, it means you are CPU bound. Your CPU is therefore the weakest link in your system, at least when it concerns HoN.

Since you halved the resolution and got a simple 10fps boost (it would be better to get the relative FPS boost to gauge just how much of an impact this has on your GPU), that means you were GPU bound at the higher resolution, but have now likely become CPU bound.

Replays aren't stored in your HoN folder. You should really read 1st post of a topic you're posting in...

Where are my replays saved?

Linux /home/user/Heroes of Newerth/game/replays

No matter what I do, every time I try to watch a video lately, I am told that g_camdistancemax is a read only value. Basically, I can't change it because it is read only...

Is there a way around this?

Well, it's kind of off-topic, but i need to ask anyway. Why are replays download so bad? Yesterday I had full downloading speed, today it's about 10% from max dl speed. Are there any server issues or something? My connection is fine, i guess it's client's or servers' problem. ;>
