A simple early game item that can be upgraded and used alongside Logger's Hatchet
I give you,
The Life Manipulator ; 400 G (overall upgrade = 1200 G
Every single successful kill (includes deny) will heal self for a specific amount of HP.
Passive stat
+3/6/9 to main attribute
Heals self for 15 / 25 / 35 HP for every successful kill or deny
Numbers can be changed so pls vote base on concept thx

what about such concept:
item cost: 500
+6 dmg
sucessfull kill on creep will give additional 15% of gold.
successfull kill heals 35 dmg, only for single target
colldown 5 seconds
Well this is an early game item, and for behe and pebs, they cant do much early either , with limited mana and low damage on their skills, its not easy to last hit a gang of creeps instantly. Major totem cost 540 and gives +4 to all stats, this costs 400 put only gives 3 to main stat, so at the mean time i think its pretty balance as it is already
Well, its pretty low as it is already. At level 1 of the item, it heals u 15 health, thats not alot if you come to think of it. And 400 G takes u at least 5 creep waves, if you're able to get all creeps. By the time u got 800 G, u'll be at most lvl 4 or 5, which by then, an average MAX HEALTH is around 550, and the item (if upgraded fully) gives u at max of 35 health per successful kill/deny, which is around 2 to 3% of yr max health
So its pretty low considering actually, thats y i added the +X to main stat
I dislike the item because I feel like it is too hard to balance. Either it is too good or its worthless. It also treads too much on bloodhunter's territory, it's a cheap version of one of his skills. I just don't feel it's worth it to put it into the game.
