Allow the option to join / create games that do not record PSR but only things like KD ratio , creep denies , etc etc

PSR is useless BTW and should be removed. It's a completely broken biased system that favors only people who have groups of friends to play with.

If you think PSR is useless, why does it bother you that it's recorded? You could as well just ignore it.
