The Butcher

Working in the supply wagons for the Legion, The Butcher was drafted as part of the war against the Hellbourne. Ignoring the armour and weaponry he was given, he fights against these evils with his cleaver and meathook, no stranger to carnage.
The idea behind this hero is to give another option to people who like Melee heroes who have decent damage throughout the game. It also encourages people to stay in lanes early, as charges cannot be built up by farming away from the enemy. Also at higher levels, a successful use of his Ultimate makes him a very powerful attacker for a few seconds, with a double chance to increase his lethality.
Hamstrung
Target's movement speed slowed by 2/4/6/8% per level of Hamstrung. Lasts 5 seconds, with the duration being refreshed on re-application. Once five stacks have been applied it no longer refreshes the duration. Each stack of Hamstrung also does 2/4/6/8 magic damage every second.
Range - 125
Cost - 10 mana
Cooldown - 3/2/1/1 seconds
(Can be toggled to work on auto-attack)
Confidence
4/6/8/10% chance for melee strikes to crit for 1.5X damage. Every critical strike made with an enemy hero (within 1500 radius) adds a charge, to a maximum of 10/20/30/40 charges. Each charge adds 1% chance to crit to the base chance.
Passive
Conversion
Gain 1 damage and 0.3% movement speed increase for every 5/4/3/2 points of Str.
Passive
Onslaught
Spend all Confidence charges to deal 10/20/30 physical damage per charge to target, and dealing half of that damage to all enemies in 500 range. If target dies as a result of Onslaught, Butcher gains Killing Spree for 5/7/10 seconds.
Killing Spree: Melee attacks have a 5/7/10% chance to ignore armour and a 5/7/10% chance to silence target for 1 second.
Range - 450
Cost - 250/300/350 mana
Cooldown - 120/90/60 seconds

passives are boring, and he got a slow and a dmg ultimate. nothing interesting in my opinion
Conversion is way too strong of a passive, lets say at the end of the game your hero has 80 str(pretty low just using it as an example) your hero now has a passive bonus of 80 damage and ms increase of 24% permanently? that is a ridculous movespeed up and your hero already gets +1 damage for every point in his main attribute because thats how the game works, now he gets 2 points of damage? Rest of his skills are fine but conversion needs to be changed to something else.
Edit: seems I missed something, but 2 str per every buff still seems extremely high even for a lvl 4 skill.
Well the numbers can be tweaked (Imagine 1 DMG per each 7/6/5/4 STR). I didn't think that much movespeed would be a huge issue. Eventually He'll have very high, if not 522 movespeed, but that's part of the point of a carry. Keep them down, don't let them farm, or they become very powerful.
Now, giving this guy an AoE Stun, that'd make him powerful ?_?
Need a better way to gain charges than by having your allies and yourself autoattacking and praying for crits. I think it would be fine to gain charges like Soulstealer's Soulsteal, i.e. By killing creeps.
Suggestion: Make each stack of Hamstrung reduce armor by 0.5/1/1.5/2 rather than deal magic damage, it will synergise with other skills more. If you implement this change, and this hero gets a Shieldbreaker, chances are enemy armor will be very low or possibly even negative, so armor-ignoring attacks from ulti is not so good. I think give the Killing Spree higher % chances, but different effects. (Possibly a bash?)

reminds me of that boss in LV from warhammer online lol seems like a deacently balanced hero i like.... conversion seems weird tho could prolly get somthing better
The slow shoul have atleast 1.5 sec cooldown on level 4. And the ultimate to take less mana. Else is sounds good enough to try.
