Need to be nerfed badly...he is way to overpowered...the bubble+auto stun keeps him stunning forever...most people don't think he is cause they don't play against him but when they do they will find out quick that he needs a big nerf
Chronos is only good in late game and only if he gets fed early game.
He also has to spend his gold wisely or he is weak.
If your vsing a chronos early game, just harass and make him run back to base to get more runes/life etc and you can easily out lvl him. If he is hanging back to not get hit, then last hit creeps and deny his teams.
If you let him get the upper hand, yes he is strong. If you keep him lower then yourself and keep his gold low, then you should beat him easily.
