Yes - Could balance Chronos nicely!
No - That would be way too OP!
Currently, a bad chronos, even a good chronos sometimes in the heat of battle can mess up his ultimate just slightly catching the wrong allies inside of his ultimate, sometimes killing them, or ruining team fights.
Allow allied Hero movement inside of the chronosphere, but disable attacking, spells, and items.
This would allow your allies to freely escape if need be, or even set up better for a gank, but not being able to wreck teams while they are trapped!
op, and only chronos and no more, can move through time stopped, because he is crhonos

if you have a bad chronos on your team, its your detriment, its like saying, that if you have a bad vengeful spirit, that you can choose whether you get swapped or not
