    Itassis

    ITASSIS
    Pronounced "eye-tes-sis"

    Primary Attribute: Intelligence
    Affiliation: Hellbourne
    Role: Supporter/Disabler

    Strength: 18 (+1.4)
    Agility: 20 (+2.2)
    Intelligence: 25 (+2.6)

    Attack Damage: 44-59
    Attack Range: 600
    Movement Speed: 295

    Attack Animation:
Swings arm from inside to the outside, firing a purple misty projectile
    Cast animation:
Swings arm forward, palms opened and flashes purple

    History:
Itassis was a Sphinx, possibly belonging to the same Pyramid the Pharaoh resided. In the course of the war, when Pharaoh was recruited by the Hellbourne, the Sphinx destroyed much of the Hellbourne troops. Ultimately, she is found to be very powerful and useful against the Legion, and was also recruited into the Hellbourne to battle against the Legion. They granted her chances to devour as many souls as she likes, and gave her a humanoid form. She is the Goddess of Wisdom, Itassis.

    Quotes:

    When Selected
    "The Battle Begun!"

    Upon Clicks/F1
    "I'm Itassis, remember that."
    "Stupidity, is a problem."
    "Itassis, ready to go."

    Moving
    "Heading there."
    "Can't you see I'm moving?"
"Affirmative, but you gotta solve the riddle."

    Upon Attacks
    "Devour!"
    "I Smell Souls!!"
    "Hiyah!"

    Upon Death
    "The riddle is solved...!"
    "Urgh..."

    Funny
"One is One, Two is Two; Solve the Riddle, Or You're Doomed."
"For quick solutions, try Alternate F-Four!"

    -----------------------------
    1.Grieve:

Itassis releases a depressed soul onto the enemies, causing them to suffer damage and soon, deprived of motivation to do anything for a short period of time.

    Applies MOURNING onto the target.

    - MOURNING: Targets will suffer damage over time and if targets stay within 750 range, from the position where the spell was casted upon, for 4 seconds, they will be inflicted with SOULSTRUCK.
-SOULSTRUCK: Targets will be disabled and immobilized for a period of time.

Level 1: Deals 40 damage per second, disabled and immobilized for 0.5 second
Level 2: Deals 50 damage per second, disabled and immobilized for 0.75 second
Level 3: Deals 60 damage per second, disabled and immobilized for 1 second
Level 4: Deals 70 damage per second, disabled and immobilized for 1.25 second

(Visual: Mourning = A soul swirling around targets; Soulstruck = trapped within a black sphere)

    Cast Type: Active
    Cast Range: 1 to 500
    Target: AOE Cone
    AOE: 100 to 350 Radius
    Mana Cost: 110
    Cooldown: 15/13/11/9
    Damage Type: Magic

    "Mourn for the devoured!"

This skill is the main damage and stun skill. It is a port of Ancient Apparition's first skill.

    2.Slab of Judgment

Itassis projects a stone slab, which is able to instantly judge enemies and transport enemy unit back to Itassis, in a straight line.

Travels a distance in any direction it is targeted, bypassing any obstacles, and teleporting the first enemy unit it comes into contact with back to Itassis.

    Level 1: Travels 750 unit
    Level 2: Travels 850 unit
    Level 3: Travels 950 unit
    Level 4: Travels 1050 unit

    Cast Type: Active
Target: First enemy unit in contact
    Mana Cost: 120/110/100/90
    Cooldown: 15

"Let the stone guide you back."

This skill synergizes with the first. It is also a good gank opener by pulling a hero away from their group and chaser by pulling the hero back.

    3.Glowing Wisdom

Itassis is the Sphinx with unrivaled wisdom. She is able to exploit magical weaknesses of her enemies, allowing herself and her allies to deal more magical damage.

Applies an aura of 450 radius, which decreases magic armor of enemy units.

Level 1: Decreases 3 Magic Armor
Level 2: Decreases 5 Magic Armor
Level 3: Decreases 7 Magic Armor
Level 4: Decreases 9 Magic Armor

    Cast Type: Passive
    AOE: 450
    Target: Aura

    "I see your fragility."

Increases the damage of the first skill.

    4.Sphinx's Riddle

Itassis questions her enemies with a magnificent riddle, instantly rendering their ability useless if they managed; or blasting them with a strong attack if they failed to answer, and instantly shattering them if they are already weak.

Chooses a skill using Q,W,E,R after initiating, target is inflicted the PUZZLED status.

-PUZZLED: Target is invulnerable, disabled and immobilized for 5 seconds and is required to hit either Q,W,E or R key

Level 1: If responded correctly, the skill chosen will go into cooldown 25% of the original amount of time; If responded incorrectly (or time's up), the target will be damaged 20% of his max amount of hp. Shatters target if his hp falls below 9%.
Level 2: If responded correctly, the skill chosen will go into cooldown 50% of the original amount of time; If responded incorrectly (or time's up), the target will be damaged 30% of his max amount of hp. Shatters target if his hp falls below 10%.
Level 3: If responded correctly, the skill chosen will go into cooldown 75% of the original amount of time; If responded incorrectly (or time's up), the target will be damaged 40% of his max amount of hp. Shatters target if his hp falls below 11%.

(Visual: A pink question mark hovers above target's head during Puzzled.)

    Cast Type: Active
    Cast Range: 900
    Target: Single Target
    Mana Cost: 130/140/150
    Cooldown: 90
    Damage Type: Superior Magic

"Answer correctly and you pass. Fail, and you shall be devoured!"

Great finisher! It is also important to use it according to situations. This skill is able to either damages the target heavily, instantly kills the target, or forces their skill (perferably, ultimate) into cooldown! It is similar to Ancient Apparition's ulti, minus the global/AOE range.

& Constructive Comments please? ^^ Thanks!

I welcome suggestions! as this is my first hero suggestion, I'm not very good with figures, but I tried balancing them as much as possible. However, do try to vote on the concept more than the figures... alright? =)

    Thanks! ^^

    Changelog:
v.2 - Skill 2 reworked: Increases range and reduces manacost per level, instead of reducing cooldown per level. Cooldown is constant at 15 per level.

2nd skill needs rework. There is no point in upgrading it more than once since the only thing that happens when its upgraded is that the cd gets lower. Maybe get a range increase for every lvl taken like start with 750/850/950/1050 (This is still smaller than devourers hook, and devrourer does dmg aswell) and then lower manacost per lvl aswell!

Not to sure how the ulti works. So if you cast ulti the enemy has a choice to negate the dmg but then his ultimate goes into cooldown ? Similar to Signet of Humilty in Guild Wars ? Where it adds a certain % where the Ulti cannot be used ?

dont like the idea of ulti in my opinion its too "slow" game is too dynamic for this. In battle ppl will just hit random key.

Mind Bender: I understand what you meant about the second skill! I will try to rework it! ^^

As for the Ultimate, yeah! Example:
I hit R and click on the enemy Glacius, den I hit W.
Glacius is invulnerable and immobilized and he is given 5 seconds to hit either Q,W or R (since E is a passive skill).

If Glacius hits W, then the skill (Frozen Imprisonment) goes into cooldown (25/50/75)% of the skill's original cooldown time, and he isn't damaged.

If Glacius hits Q, or R, or wait till 5 seconds is up, then he is damaged (20/30/40)% of his max HP, and if after that, his hp is lower than (9/10/11)% of his max HP, he is instantly shattered.

No1z: But the fact is that, if you just hit a random key, you'd still get damaged or get a skill forced into cooldown. It isn't really slow, because due to the range of the skill, it can be a finisher, or a starter. I get what you mean, because if we use it during a clash, then people would be too busy spamming than to care, but then wouldn't that be another plus point for Itassis? Since then, you can 'trick' people into pressing something other than what you chose.

Thanks for both your opinions! I really appreciate it. There are others who voted it without any reason... I have no idea what to do. T.T
