Searching for good players to play with

Hi, i played a couple of years (ca. 3-4) Dota on http://www.dota-league.com/ / S.i.g. and clan wars. But now i switched to Hon (around 17XX points).
I appricate my skill something between mid and good.

So i am looking for some experienced players who like to play with some allys / Frends.
I basically just want to have some nice games with good players that know how to play. I am not really intressted in playing a lot of Clan wars but some are ok.
I got sick of these noob pub games that start with like 3 agi hero picks or players that doesn't know how to play or waht to built on there heros.

Beside this good manners are also important for me.
