1. Phoenix Blast:
The Flame Swordsman leaps into the air towards his target, slamming the ground emitting a blast of fire, dealing damage and burning those around him for a small period of time.
Level 1: Deals 40 Impact damage, Burns nearby targets for 5 damage per second for 4 seconds. Slows by 5%
Level 2: Deals 80 Impact damage, Burns nearby targets for 10 damage per second for 4 seconds. Slows by 10%[/COLOR]
Level 3: Deals 120 Impact damage, Burns nearby targets for 15 damage per second for 4 seconds. Slows by 15%[/COLOR]
Level 4: Deals 160 Impact damage, Burns nearby targets for 20 damage per second for 4 seconds. Slows by 20%[/COLOR]

In HoN Heroes sword would be on fire and upon landing will emit a fire nova in a 300 radius.

2. Fire Wall:
The Flame Swordsman creates a wall of fire spanning 600 units in front of him blocking the vision of enemy Heroes. Any enemy who passes through the fire will take Damage over time and suffer a penalty to their move speed. While increasing the speed of allies who pass through it.
Level 1: Slows by 5%. Deals 5 Damage per second for 4 seconds. Increases ally move speed by 5%, reduces to normal over 1 seconds.
Level 2: Slows by 10%. Deals 10 Damage per second for 4 seconds. Increases ally move speed by 10%, reduces to normal over 2 seconds.
Level 3: Slows by 15%. Deals 15 Damage per second for 4 seconds. Increases ally move speed by 15%, reduces to normal over 3 seconds.
Level 4: Slows by 20%. Deals 20 Damage per second for 4 seconds. Increases ally move speed by 20%, reduces to normal over 4 seconds.
Cast Type: Active

Target: Vector Targeting
*Target a position and drags the mouse in a given direction to create the Fire Wall.

Note:
The effects of this spell will contiune for 4 seconds after they leave the fire wall. If they pass through it again the time will be reset.
3. Incinerate (Passive):
Surrounded by a shield of fire the Flame Swordsman not only takes less damage, it also burns those who try attack him.Each time the Flame Swordsman is attack the targets attack speed is reduced and they burn for a short period of time taking.
Level 1: Attack Speed is reduced by 1%, enemy takes 2 Damage per Second over 4 seconds. Stacks 6 times. Armor increased by 2.
Level 2: Attack Speed is reduced by 2%, enemy takes 4 Damage per Second over 4 seconds. Stacks 6 times. Armor increased by 4.
Level 3: Attack Speed is reduced by 3%, enemy takes 6 Damage per Second over 4 seconds. Stacks 6 times. Armor increased by 6.
Level 4: Attack Speed is reduced by 4%, enemy takes 8 Damage per Second over 4 seconds. Stacks 6 times. Armor increased by 8.
Note:
Maximum Attack speed reduction at level 4 is 24%. Maximum DPS is 32. Lasts 4 seconds.
4. Inferno (Ultimate):
The Flame Swordsman thrusts his sword into the ground, summoning a powerful Fire Tornado surrounding him that burns those around him within a 150 radius. After 2 seconds the Tornado explodes, damaging and burning those within a 300 radius.
Can be boosted by Staff of the Master.
Level 1: Tornado deals 75 Damage per second for 2 seconds. Final AoE deals 150 Damage and stuns for 1 second. Target is burned for 10 Damage per second over 4 seconds.
Level 2: Tornado deals 100 Damage per second for 2 seconds. Final AoE deals 175 Damage and stuns for 1.5 seconds. Target is burned for 15 Damage per second over 4 seconds.
Level 3: Tornado deals 125 Damage per second for 2 seconds. Final AoE deals 200 Damage and stuns for 2 seconds. Target is burned for 20 Damage per second over 4 seconds.
Level 4: Tornado deals 150 Damage per second for 2 seconds. Final AoE deals 250 Damage and stuns for 2 seconds. Target is burned for 25 Damage per second over 4 seconds.

Note:
If the target gets hit by every possible source, they will take 75/100/125/150 damage twice (total of 150/200/250/300 damage) then take another 150/175/200/250 damage when the tornado explodes. Then 10/15/20/25 dps for 4 seconds.
Maximum damage possible at level 3 is 530
Maximum damage possible at level 4 is 650
Level 4 is with Staff of the Master.

Would like a better name for the hero. If anyone has any ideas.
Currently no story for this hero. If anyone is interested in writing one feel free. Will rename hero/abilities if it helps with the story/concept.

Maybe you can change it to a charges. Add one charge every 10 seconds. With each successful attack the Swordsman burns his target, increasing his attack speed and dealing more damage with each hit.Ember (Passive):
Level 1: IAS by 4% with each hit. Burns target for 2 damage per second, stacking 6 times.
Charges 1
Cool down 10 seconds.
Level 2: IAS by 6% with each hit. Burns target for 2 damage per second, stacking 6 times.
Charges 2
Cool down 10 seconds.
Level 3: IAS by 8% with each hit. Burns target for 4 damage per second, stacking 6 times.
Charges 3
Cool down 10 seconds.
Level 4: IAS by 10% with each hit. Burns target for 6 damage per second, stacking 6 times. Charges 4
Cool down
10 seconds.
Making this hero into more of an initiator so the 3rd spell will need a bit of a rework if anyone has any ideas please post.

I like the hero, the only thing is that no part of this is truly unique. 1st skill is almost the same as Panda's. 2nd skill is the most unique but similar to Dark Seer's ult. 3rd skill is a attack speed slowing poison. And ultimate is kinda like a hybrid of Magmus' ult and Soulstealer's ult.
