I like the concept of the new ult far more than the basic +str, however a 10 second cooldown on something that takes 15 hits to destroy and blocks projectiles is tremendously powerful. Increase the cooldown, decrease the hits, or cause the shield to only absorb a portion of the damage of projectiles passing through it.
I'm a fan of the stance change, although in general I feel that the two stances don't change his play enough at the moment. The 2 remaining skills (In both stances) are too similar.
I see what you mean about the ult, it could be spammed by dropping shield, pick up, drop shield, pick up. Perhaps if there was a channel time to pick up the shield or a cast time that would make it more balanced? Or a separate cooldown if the shield breaks? The block range also isn't very large so it is easy to flank.

So first of all i like the picture and you had made some really nice synergies.
i really like the "stances" system on this hero and it makes him surely really fun to play. i got some ideas for ult maybe it can help you:
in the way it is now, i wouldnt really enjoy it... this AHHHH ULTI feeling you know?
so out of this reason i thought about maybe increasing the cooldown a bit and buffing this ulti, because its a minor debuff for the Char (he cant use 2 abilitys...)
so if you plant your shield of 190 units it will stop ALL abilitys that go really straight through it and maybe prevent heroes in an 45? radius up to 400 units behind the shield (just numbers) from beeing hit or directly cast at. this not includes aoe spells that have no certain direction (pyros wave got stopped but his stun would not). To balance this you can give the shield a certain hp and casts will deal thier damage to it (so it can not stop 3 forsaken archer ultis^^) but i think if an forsaken archer is that stupid to fire his ulti at a 190unit shield its ok . Also planting the shield in the ulti will stop it after the second hit maybe but running out will often do so too ... i think increasing the cooldown a bit and this way of ulti would be REALLY nice for a tank and not to imba because a 190 shield isnt that big.
you can also add maybe a 20 sec cooldown on it and every second the shield is placed the cooldown is planted will add 2 secs to cooldown. (just ideas^^)
Lombar: The stances is for early/mid game to force him to pick speed over damage resistance and to sort of wear off of this towards end game (level 4) and move more towards the changing of spells. Which is why in normal stance he can only Joust 1 target as you will most likely be in lane with max of 2 targets or ganking to the frontal AoE attacks in stance for team fights mid to late game. Numbers can be adjusted if you feel like it should be buffed/balanced.
Dario: I like your idea of HP for the shield instead of hit counters, this would work better for the skills. I don't know why I didn't think about this before, ha. As for the cooldowns, seeing as it has been mention a couple times I think I will have two separate cooldowns for the spell: one for when you can pick up the shield (because I wanted him to be able to pick up his shield quickly if need be and not remain vulnerable/partially hindered for too long) and the other for the time remaining for him to be able to place his shield again.

and i prefer the second ultimate. Just want to ask something, when he leaves the shield on the ground, he loses the first skill momentarily?

Yes, if you read under the blue text in the ultimate it says that while his shield is placed he cannot use Shield Wall (first skill) or Shield Swipe (third skill) because obviously he will not have a shield then. So to balance this I added the movement speed bonus (because shields are heavy).

About the window of protection behind the shield from auto attacks and such, I'm not a very good programmer myself (which is why I'm in college) but I'm not sure that that is one of the easier things to program in a game like this, it would be nice perhaps but it also might make the shield a little too powerful in in of itself. Also since it is an object it will have its own area of selection to click and select it, this could potentially end in the same effect that you suggested as people might accidentally click target the shield.
Interesting idea. I think Shield Wall should reduce more dmg or slow less.
Does deflect mean evading a ranged attack or does it mean reflecting a ranged attack? (I hope it's simply meant to grant projectile evasion (don't make it the same as Zepyrs skill ))
Another sweet hero. I like the idea of the second ult, although there is plenty of room for a solid tank hero. Nice job.
