Grammar mistake: "The Hunter is able to track any target anywhere by following their trail if he has dealt 80/80/140/140 damage to them."
He is an ambiguous reference. Are you talking about the target or the hero?
I would consider this hero's abilities to be insanely overpowered. his first skill combined with his second skill makes him able to hunt down anything solo, if they're juking or not, and deal even more damage. also, if a countergank is about to be launched, he'd notice, and avoid it. essentially, the only thing that is out of his range is a portal key or a blink. the first skill can be activated about 75-80% of the time if his mana regen is high enough (around 2.0 mana regen would make it spammable with full regeneration in time, easily done), and it lowers armor and adds a crit. do you really need an armor reduction AND a crit? you're just making this hero scream, "BUILD ME AS A CARRY, I SHALL NOT LET YOU DOWN," and then all the nubs will do that, and only decent players will bother trying a support anti-ganker/anti-juker team build. at level 16, he will gain insane amounts of power with his ult and second skill combo. he will be able to show the location of just about everyone on the map, have 20% increased base damage and move speed, lower everyone's armor, have a crit, and be able to hold one or more heroes in place. now tell me, how is that NOT overpowered. OR carrylike. everything about this guys screams it, now tell me what doesn't scream it. Seriously, this is worse than sandwraith on cocaine, steroids, and red bull. (geddit? cuz steroids make you strong, red bull makes you fast, and cocaine makes you really F***ed up? and sandwraith is already overpowered?)
anyways, this is indeed a good concept, but the numbers need to be lowered for almost everything. only the ult seems correct. lower the buff/debuff times to something in single digits, and get rid of the crit, and i'll think about letting the armor debuff stay. The Hunter's skills seems incredibly useful for teams, but you need to make them much less powerful. Also, reduce his starting attack damage, that is WAAAAY too high. That is treant damage high. Like... I will outlasthit Deadwood who has a tree and a hatchet when I don't have one high.
Fantastic concept, would like to see him implemented into the game keep up the good work!
If im correct then that name comes from FFVII(Final Fantasy 7)?
But anywayz, i like the concept of this hero.
