Why no phase boots fix?

Phase boots needs a fix. You can phase through anything like the mummies of pharaoh, polywog wards, pudge hook, even the new hero Valkyrie javalin.

Pretty sure it's just a bug that's eluding the programmers and not intentional stuff they elected not to fix.

pathing in general is horrible. Phaseboots is the only thing keeping me from pulling my hair out at times.
