So, what do a couple of Heroes of Newerth playing iPhone game developers do on their off time, when not working on apps at the day job or playing Heroes of Newerth?
They make a Heroes of Newerth iPhone app, naturally.
Lounges and I would like to introduce HoN Stats, a free iPhone app that'll enable you to track the uh, HoN statistics of yourself and friends.

Okay, so this is how it works.
Players added to your main view are dynamically sorted by PSR (player skill ranking), allowing you to see at a glance the best players in your crew (and ensuring that I'll be eternally listed somewhere in the middle). Tapping a player's name takes you to the detailed stats view, showing off the player's specific totals and game averages.
If you like the app, please show your appreciation by rating and reviewing it. If you have suggestions or features that you'd like to see, let us know, and keep an eye out here and on hive05.com (the site for our tinkering side projects) for news and updates.
Clan support will be added in a future version, and we're looking at the feasibility of incorporating both hero and item databases, with some really cool functionality to tie everything together.
Lastly, a huge thank you to the fine folks at S2Games. Without the Heroes of Newerth API, this project would've been near impossible, and the extensive HoN fansite kit made the designy bits come together that much faster. Thanks guys, ya'll rock.

Actually.. Loads of people DO have I-Phones. I-Phones and I-pod Touches are almost the same thing.
I'm reasonably interested in this (as are some other developers in my clan) but the development environment for android is just plain **** compared to what you get for the iPhone.Now make a Android versionSince loads of people don't have i-phone,new challenge,new changes :P Still nice work!
I'd like to help out with an Android version someday though...
Lets hope Apple approves it, although theres no reason why they wouldn't.... but it hasn't stopped them before.
Also, as I'm not clear on how the App Store works internationally, what can our brethren across the oceans expect....?
We're going to approve it for sale in all supported countries although it will only be available in english for now. If there is enough of a demand (and some support from a community translator) we can add more languages.

If you don't have a jailbroken device, or don't want to run the risk of causing your iPhone or pets or whatever to explode, please wait until the free App Store release (dealing with updates and bug fixes will be a more pleasant experience that way, too).
Nice! So far nothing bad happening, will it be showing clan initials when you search people? Will that be coming out along with the Clan View feature?
Yeah, no clan tags in this version. Currently, we're a bit limited on some of the info we can pull down (for example, we can grab a clan and its roster, but we can't look up a player first and know his clan), but we're hoping to establish contact with someone on the dev team (hey S2Games guys, call us!) and talk API.

Edit: I can't install the .ipa -.- (yes my iPhone is jailbroken, it's on version 3.1.2, and I have other apps on it from hackulous/crackulous w/e: It says that the app can't be installed 'cause the "subscriber" aren't "up to date" - Sorry for the english, I just tried to translate the phrase)

And for being one of the first to become a SBT.
Browsed to here on Safari? After downloading it, go to Installous and into downloads then install it, that's how I did it and it's working perfectly fine.
I used iTunes to install it.
