If you want to become a true initiator tank, unstoppable wrecking machine, you can get shieldbreaker, lifesteal (whispering Helm type stuff), and that other lifesteal aura, armor, mana regen thingy.

I'd have to disagree and say add Bottle nothing against Power Supply though

and maybe add Runed Axe as an optional (its ok for pubs at best) and Alchemist Bones
