build now varies slightly, you can go sols after insan if you have trouble farming the items for SB.

For me, Shrunken Head is fail. As Pred you don't Leap in first in a team fight. I always wait. One second after they've attacked I leap on the rangeds. With SB, negative Sol and Warpclaft they're so dead, no need for Instarius there then, you already have a Double-Tap/Hat Trick.
