anyway, ur ultimate is pretty cool, i like the effects from it
my only complain is about Shadow Knives, i think a channeling skill is not good for a agi hero, maybe u could do something like:
Single target active skill, throw Knives every x seconds (0.2 cast time) on the target for y seconds. This way he could follow his target while throwing knives at him,stoping every few seconds to cast another throw.

Very nice concept, he seems a bit limited in his spell execution but the synergy is definitely there.
Numbers would need some mild tweaking and proper testing but still a viable hero suggestion

I like they linking between the skills, the 1st skills seems fun but not in favour of ss himself. maybe some kind of buff? and a def yes
- change to int hero
- change spell 3
- change what the ult does, concept is fine
gnarled spikes emerge from the ground impaling the target's legs, and deals a DoT of about 60 magic damage and severly slowing. Allies of the victim within 300 radius are feared for 2.5 seconds
This gives him a combo ability which would make him scary early-mid. Use skill 1 to position the enemy into your territory, use Ult to prevent escape and unload with skill 2 and auto attacks to finish.
Also gives him some team fight presence.

and i dont think making this int hero because there are so many carries running around they need a counter.
He uses 1st skill if that over buffed carry attacks he takes 100% his damage and if he dosent attack he just gets pwned with channeling daggers and ult.
