A very simple suggestion really:

I propose that when ordering the Friends list, have the platform ignore the characters added by a Clan Tag. At the moment, all clanned players appear first, thanks to the [ being added at the start of the 3 character field. If the system ignored the first 5 characters ([, 3 character tag, ]) then the list would once again become purely alphabetical.

It just might make it a bit easier to find people, especially when you have friends from multiple Clans added.
