i think he means which boots he should pick over the other.
you should always pick phase boots. Unless you have a hero that has a blink or an invis skill. The attribute boots is not that great I think. Increase attack speed is not a big deal since you should be last hitting creeps and orb walking for heroes. I normally never go teleport boots unless its very late game. Id sell the phase boots and get it so I can teleport to block pushes.
Not to mention that the (currently bugged) Phase Boots also will shield you from:
Pharaoh's Mummy Wall (can just run through!)
Devourer's Hook (whiff!)
Valkrie's Arrow (whiff!)
And probably a few other things I'm forgetting. In a game with those characters you'd almost always want boots on any character, because the ability to juke those attacks is invaluable (assuming you have good reflexes, of course, at least for the ones that aren't Pharaoh).
Different view: if you have a nuke hero, get Post Haste boots a.s.a.p. It is usually my very first item on the Pyromancer (open with marchers + 2 manapots - then straight to Post Haste).
Why?
You get to pick low HP heroes across the map and nuke them to shreds by simply porting in on a nearby mob. So even if that dreaded Moon Queen or Madman switches lanes because you just hit lvl 6 and got your nuke, you port to their lane and one-shot them until they lag out on xp / gold.

I'm assuming you mean Post Haste as opposed to Enchanced Marchers, Kami?
I'd rather spend the cash on the Post Haste recipe on bracelets or a glowstone, unless I was farming really well.
Can you suggest me a good noob-friendly hero? Im not very good at this game and yes i have read tons of those guides but i still haven found out which hero i like to play.
I tend to hate playing casters somehow, im more into melee (high dmg burst if possible) and i love ganking, im not really into creeping that much.
i tried naix (mad mask guy or whatever his name is) and hes good but dies wayyyy to quick.
Everyone says autoattacking is bad...but never mention how to do a manual attack. What do you use to last hit creeps. Are you still right clicking to attack, just using the 'S' Key to stop auto repeated strikes if you miss the last hit?
Also it's very common to repeatedly click the ground to stop your unit from auto-attacking. This is especially important when you're learning because if you just stand there and slam s you become too predictable and a decent lane opponent will harass you back to the fountain (especially as melee).Everyone says autoattacking is bad...but never mention how to do a manual attack. My personal suggestion is Hammerstorm. He has a huge str gain (therefore hp), he has a passive farming ability (cleave), a direct target stun, and a 1 click ulti. If you want massive burst damage and ganking ability try Swiftblade. He has a magic immune ability (for running), an innate dodge/crit, and an insta-kill ulti (if used correctly). Can you suggest me a good noob-friendly hero? >_>
what is orb running?
thanks!
How much money would it take, roughly, to get you to lick peanut butter off my naked body?
What is the most effective way to use Whispering Helm? Dominate a creep and sit in the jungle or lane with it?
What is a good hero to start with if you've never played this game before?
I have a problem. I am getting massacred. Last two games, I successfully held my lane for the first 10 or so minutes playing as a legionaire, using his ranged DOT to harrass the opponent. But at some point during the match, I get overwhelmed, and then gutterstomped. My other mostly played character is Nympho, which starts slow but then gives me the ability to push pretty hard wherever I want to go.
My legionaire gets a runed axe, refresher, helm of the black legion, whatever else I can afford
My nympho gets a sheepstick.
For some reason, I always end up 2-3 levels behind everyone else, and then start getting squashed. How can I prevent this fallbehind in levels? For the first 10, I am the same, or slightly higher level, but after that is when I fall behind. Thanks.
