I've been experimenting with Drunken Master lately and find him to be an average farmer; would a Runed Axe be a legit' core item on him assuming he is in a carry role?

In my opinion not. It makes him useless for long time and with his lunge he already farms pretty damn good. Just make sure you have manaregen and you are ready to go.

a couple weeks ago i bought the Ronin Swiftblade avatar from the store after saving up the 900 silver coins and then some. On the hero select screen there is no "alt avatar" button for swiftblade, so I cannot use my new avatar. I was hoping I could either get info for a fix, or a refund on my 900 coins.

i tried the search function to see if there was already an existing post like mine. i had no luck. so if someone could nudge in the right direction that'd be pretty cool

thanks, i emailed them...right before i reset my mods after reading another thread about not seeing chat in-game. everything works fine now, including my avatar. when was the patch that gave Practice Mode all of the advanced options? I remember seeing it, but can't remember when

I usually buy FWS as one of the last items as TB. Always thought it was a good idea, but I'm reconsidering it now with the ranged nerfs to it.

If you go to the report section, theres a button to report a player for backdooring, if you click it, it says "not bannable", so no.
