It was AP which is always part of the issue. I'm actually sort of thinking of switching over to BD/BP games now just because I'm getting sick of all the last minute picks that leaves it more up to luck than actual picking strategy.

The new right-click potential hero thing makes this a lot better... but you're right. In public games EVERYONE wants to play their favourite hero. You're going to need to convince other people that you can play your hero better than they can play there hero, if the two dont work well together

I've been really bouncing back and forth between the idea of playing BD/BP and playing AP. I've been playing a lot solo recently so I'm going to really need to dust off my skills a bit and play him a bunch. I was doing voodoo the other day and today and got a decent chunk of PSR (before I lost it in 2 games, haha) but higher up people tend to get more disablers which sucks. So many disables that can go through BKB too that makes his ult kind of useless then .


That being said I'll probably bounce between BD and AP depending on what I feel like. I honestly feel the hardest part is convincing people that you're a good mid player in higher end games when everyone is higher PSR than you. That and a bad game or two really knocks you down in confidence.

Just asking, Ive got leaver status on MM. You might possibly think that I rage quitted everygame but thats not it. I played with some mates and tried to MM in team resulting us reconnecting to MM over and over to get into the same queue. This made me a leaver and im very mad at the solution you made for ppl like us.

I might be wrong but if there isnt anyway at all to fight off the leaver status without paying money I.... I dont have any words to describe how foul that is. If Im wrong please correct me, but if Im not I really hope you should consider another option like joining "leaver-games" to draw the leaver percentage down. Just like the public games.

If I'm not much mistaken the whole point of the matchmaking system is that you won't get pubstomped(and that you play against people roughly your skill level). If you want to play as a team why not use the public games list?

Guess I'll try answering these:

For the stacking, your supports should do it for you. SS does not need an early whispering, you can much better get 200g more and buy a Portal Key. For some carries (like Maliken) getting early whispering is good because he both needs the lifesteal and the ancients, and with a Whispering you can take out a triple stacked camp every 3 minutes. SS farms easily enough in lanes.

Swapping modifiers is done with . and , .

I'm not a good FA player, but I'll try to give an answer: early game, save them up, pin someone and release them. When the game is getting late and you actually want to push lanes while farming, you can release them, while jungling you can release them to take the creeps down faster so you take less damage... Use your own discretion really. Refilling them only takes 6 last hits anyway.

I agree it's the supports job stacking for the carries(atleast I do lol).
Well I see that was kinda a dumb question when it's 200 away from a core item.
I just didn't see how it would be possible doing it all in lane with SS, I think I'm just way too passive when it comes to certain things.

When you're playing soulstealer, dont bother with a whispering helm. If you have good support heroes,they can stack the camps for you. If you dont, you can kill a creep wave in mid with demon hands, go stack and kill jungle creeps, and be back in time for the next creep wave. You can stack the small creep camp on sentinel in time like this, and with a pk you can stack the large senti camp as well.

Someone answered the modifiers one...

With FA you want to use your skeletons when you can get some solid harass off and possibly score a kill. If an arachna comes too close to you trying to harass, just pop the skeles and right click the arachna. She'll go to at least half hp with skeles and autoattacks alone. If you land arrows, you'll get a kill. You can do this with any ranged hero. Against solo melee heroes, I would have the skeletons out almost always. If they can hit a skeleton to kill it, the skeletons can hit him and do a lot more damage.

Also use the skeletons any time you have a tower in your sights, you can do huge damage with skeletons in a very short time. It might be worth it to you to take 1/3 of the tower's hp and lose all your skeletons.
