Click the player you'd like to watch replays of, click matches, Control+F for whatever hero you want to see him play, then download that Replay.
Just to add to that, different players prefer certain types of heroes. For example, you'll find a lot of melee heroes played by freshpro, while trixi prefers ranged carries. If you were looking for a good pharoh replay, dont check in trixi's replays, check in freshpro's replays instead.
I love rift shards but almost never seem them picked up in pro replays why is this.
Most likely because it only gives damage. Savage Mace gives a ministun. Wingbow gives evasion and stats. Geometer's Bane gives illusions and stats. This gives all those items much better utility compared to Riftshards.
I'm not a pro player by any means, but I think the reasoning is pretty solid still.

What does team afk mean?
"by that reasoning some poor bastard stuck vs a team like crimson, livity , wOOOt , Shiroken and bun would deserve a 100 day ban for getting their asses handed to them purely for a skill difference?"
Yeah, bun is my homebody, but where the **** is my name in that list?
Why are there griefers, feeders, lamers, afkers, and baddies in all pub games?

Quick question:
If Bubbles casts his 3rd skill -Shell Retreat (total immunity)- and Chronos casts his Sphere on Bubbles, would the -now frozen- turtle maintain its immunity for the whole duration of the Sphere?
I attempted testing this in Practise Mode, however Bubbles was able to move in the Chronofield for some reason, even if I didn't Shell first. I would guess however that the time on the skill is NOT frozen. Bubbles will pop out of the shell after Shell ends, and be frozen by Chronofield.

Question aboutbetter to start off in a lane and go in the jungle at level 3, which I see from time to time, or to just begin in the jungle at level 1?
Kind of an open ended question. Who recommends it? What heroes do they recommend it for?
With the current information, I'd say the only answer is that they're a bit dense. You can gank early on if you're losing your lane so badly that you cannot return without getting killed. The opposite is true as well, if your opponents are being destroyed so badly that they cannot show up in lane, you can go off and gank another lane. You can gank if you find a nice rune (double damage / haste / invis) and see a vulnerable lane. You can gank if you see that another lane is losing very badly and could gain control with a double kill.
The thing is that none of this requires you to be level 3... Just gank when you feel you have an advantage to gain by doing so.
Although ganking before level 3 is possible, it requires you to heavily outnumber the enemy, eg 3v1 at a rune spot. Only a few combos such ascan gank in-lane at level 1.
You can gank properly from level 3, because you will (with most heroes) get rank 2 of your 'nuke' spell. Ganking at level 3 doesn't involve leaving your lane in this context. It's simply the earliest time when it's safe to go for a kill.
Egis a very solid lane, but with their lv1 nukes they are not likely to get a kill. When they hit level 3, you have almost twice the damage output for almost the same mana. Your opponents still don't have much health. The opposite is true also, so beware and only gank if you think you can take them on.

My question is:
How do you efficiently counterward with :Puzzlebox:? The item reveals wards, but you still need vision of the hill they're standing on. You may not know which hill. A normal ward would do the trick but there's still a chance you miss-guess their ward's position. Is there a fool-proof way to find and kill their wards, preferably without buying any other items?
There's no "I" in team. There's a "me" though, if you jumble it up.
