What it does
This mod is actually two mods:
Tooltip mod: Displays a tooltip with day time information when you mouse over the day/night cycle image.
Sound mod: Exchanges the HoN wolf and rooster sounds at dusk and dawn for the sounds from Warcraft 3 / the original DotA.
How it looks
This is (obviously) the tooltip mod mouse-over tooltip. This will not(!) be displayed the whole time, only when you move the mouse over the rotating day/night image.

Sound mod: daynight_wc_sounds.honmod v1.0
Both require ModMan v1.2 or above.
Known issues
Tooltip mod:
- Timer is still before the in game time reaches 0:03.
Future plans
None, works great.
Fixing the remaining known issue is super low priority for me so I don't know if I will ever do that (most likely not).

- since HoN 2.2.3 has finally(!) implemented sounds for dusk and dawn, I split the sound-part of the mod into a separate mod for those who like the WC3 sounds better
- fixed the tooltip as S2 removed an UItrigger for some unknown reason which made the numbers all messed up
v1.2.2 Retail ready (2010-05-12)
- updated HoN Mod version string for retail
v1.2.1 the 0.3 text-update (2010-03-25)
- updated the compatibility indicator in the mod.xml for 0.3xxx as everything still seems to work fine
v1.2 clicking through! (2010-01-24)
- added ability to click through the panel which displays the tooltip (thanks to Ignorance)
- added auto updating for HoNMod Manager, therefore requires ModMan v1.2 or above
v1.1 HoNMod compatibility update (2009-12-20)
- fixed compatibility with several mods - namely BardUI and TinyUI - which alter the clock. this should also fix any other compatibility issues, ever (or at least I hope so).
- added a "no tooltip" version which only plays the sounds
- known issue:
* doesn't work properly before the game timer reaches 0:00:04

"Tiny UI" caused a problem:
Could not find string starting with "<!--Clock-->" as sought by
<Gamepath>\game\mods\tinyui.honmod/mod.xml
This is the error, if this helps.
that's a problem of Tiny UI then... but I'll see if I can find a work around

okay I found another bug: with bard ui the tooltip doesn't work properly
looks like a 1.1 release will be made some time soon

that's only a tooltip when you hover over the day/night thingy, it's not displayed the whole time o_O
