well because in game score board is we could say big
it would be good thing when you want to move your hero to desired location and you click in the surface of board nothing hapends
you could make "ghost board" so wenn you want to for example blink-run with your hero and you click on the board you will survive

You play with the scoreboard open and it gets in your way? You could get a widescreen monitor or just close it?Why do you want to see your deaths increase?
Clicking the board and moving would be weird. Why should I move becaues I click on a scoreboard? That isn't a location on the map. Any part of the interface that is shown should not let you click past.
Sorry if I offend you but maybe you are unable to scroll fast enough to click on a peice of land. I always see players blinking as much as their screen shows and I lol on the floor laughing. So, I don't see it being a problem with the game itself.
To be honest, I think they need to remake the scoreboard. Or remake the interface to make it more compact. I use a lot of mods to make my interface smaller at the moment
no in the time when you kill some enemy heroes it is good to know when will they come back, then it is allwais good to krow who is geting feed-up, and when you click on the score board it wont move you there what can be big problem if you would like to run or blink to someone who is in the area of open score-board
an besides i dont remember no buton with function on the board so why wont you just make it gost-board
