Shadow Stalker
Name - Shadow Stalker
Class - Agi - 120 range (melee)
Affiliation - Legion
Attack Weapon - Dark Dagger
Story :
Always hidden in the forests of Newerth the Shadow Stalker
watches his enemies awaiting moments to trow his own
shadow to take them apart. He joined the Legion to avenge his brother
killed by the Helbourne. Now anyone who sees his shadow becomes
stabbed to death not even knowing what hit them.

1st -Shadow Possesion
Shadow Stalker can manipulate shadows and send his shadow at an enemy disabling him and soul linking 2 of them together. Any movement made by Stalker the enemy imitates. And if he or his enemy is hurt the damage is spread to both of them. Lasts 3.5 seconds at all levels.
Level 1 - Shadow Stalker takes 20% damage and an enemy 25%
Level 2 - Shadow Stalker takes 30% damage and an enemy 50%
Level 3 - Shadow Stalker takes 40% damage and an enemy 75%
Level 4 - Shadow Stalker takes 50% damage and an enemy 100%
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Important: So if shadow possesion is activated if your damaged enemy gets 100% of damage and if enemy is damaged you get 50% of that damage. (if you attack one target the enemy will attack the same target if you attack possesed unit , that unit will attack you if it can)
Dowa not stack with barbed armor!!!!!

2nd - Dark Knives
Shadow stalker can trow his Shadow knives at the target enemy he trows 4 knives in a 2 seconds duration channel time trowing each knife every 0.5 second. If the enemy goes out of 600 range channel is broken.
Level 1 - Each knife deals 35 damage
Level 2 - Each knife deals 50 damage
Level 3 - Each knife deals 65 damage
Level 4 - Each knife deals 80 damage
Mana Cost: 110
Cooldown: 15 seconds

3rd - Shadow Dagger
Every hit that Shadow Stalker makes steals the part of an opponents soul and deals bonus damage with each hit made. Buff lasts 4 seconds
Level 1 - Each subsequent attack deals 5 bonus damage
Level 2 - Each subsequent attack deals 10 bonus damage
Level 3 - Each subsequent attack deals 15 bonus damage
Level 4 - Each subsequent attack deals 20 bonus damage
Important: Ability is passive. ( like ursa ability from dota stacks with Dark Knives and Ultimate)

Ultimate - Shadow Grip
Shadow stalker can make a target suffer imense pain over time. He channels the ability for 1 second and a shadow becomes attached to him and his enemy.In the first second the shadow arm comes and disables the target, and then the shadow arms come and hit the target 10 times each dealing severe damage. If he moves 750 range, gets damaged, stunned or disabled the link is destroyed.
Level 1 - Each shadow strike deals 30 damage and first shadow grips the feet (immobilised)
Level 2 - Each shadow strike deals 40 damage and first shadow grips the feet and arms (immobilised and cant attack)
Level 3 - Each shadow strike deals 50 damage and first shadow grips the feet arms and mouth (immobilised, cant attack and silenced)
Mana Cost: 200/250/300
Cooldown: 150/140/130 seconds
Explanation : In the first seconds shadow disables the target then in 2nd second 1 shadow arms comes and deals dmg, in 3rd second 2 shadow arms come and deal dmg, in 4th second 3 shadow arms come and deal dmg, in 5th seconds 4 shadow arms come and deal damage = 10 attacks

I like the concept, but you should fix the sword.

Good concept, HoN needs an Ursa to negate Scout.
Only problems I see is that the knife throwing skill shouldn't be channeled but more like Forsaken Archer's Ult, but that is just my opinion, seems like it would make more sense in functionality and balance the hero more between single target and AoE damage.
Also the damage counters for each level of the Shadow Dagger skill may have to be lowered because unlike Ursa (who was a Strength hero), this one would be Agility and that would lead to major imbalances as the game progresses and the player accumulates agility items.
Other than that I'm all for it.

I do not think it is a good idea , if the first skill stacks with the damage return item (i do not remember the name) , that makes the enemy get 200 % damage return ...
