The best way to test your render redskin, is to put it on a background opposite of the original. For example most HoN concepts are on white backgrounds, so put it on a black background to fine tune edges.

As you can see below, there is a white outline. It's not a big deal for sigs as you'd be able to blend it in anyway, but just letting you know =)

lol, sometimes using mouse, others a touchpad, so the differences can be quite noticable. imo touchpad is way more precise if doing it manually

Either way it's fairly easy getting rid of a white border like that. Just select everything, contract it by 1px, invert selection and delete.

Manually is always going to be more precise though. Pen+tablet is easier, but mouse is fine.

in fact the best way is to make the barckground a color that is not in the image
(most of the time this colors work perfect █ █ █ )

I see you create a sig for the beer belly dragon(61st hero), could be get the render? It seems that it would include the smoke as well, as ur sig has different coloured smoke from what i see

Sorry about double post but wanted to bump.

Here's my attempt at rendering blacksmith.
The fire effects were the hardest but I did my best. You can also see the bad quality caused by the jpeg format of the original. Luckily it's big enough that when put in a sig it will look fine.
