As far as I know that's just an early concept for Rampage.

@junker: Yes there are heroes missing, mainly due to the fact that there is no art for them.

Get a concept art (drawn by S2), use Photoshop to cut out the subject from the background, then save as PNG to preserve the transparency.

The cutting out is the hardest part, and there are many techniques. Preference and the actual image determines which technique you use.

Can someone just draw a good valkyrie art? There arn't any anywhere that I could find that looks nice or anything like valk. There is also a better Forsaken Archer drawing and i'm using it for my signature below.

yea, high quality of FA is already known... but valkyre is really hard to find... I mean, there is no valk art... 3 options:
1) wait until they make it (for final HoN version, or something)
2) pesonally ask them to make it
3) do nothing

EDIT: oh yeah there are 2 more options:
4) use the current valk images (cutted from wallpapers)
5) make one art yourself
