Once you have all the items on the recipe in your inventory or stash at the same time, they will combine automatically.

You can get the game to generate wiki entries for you, the command is...

'GenerateWikiEntries'

Then in your game directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Heroes of Newerth\game), rather then your My Documents one you'll find a file called wiki.xml. I've not worked heavily with Wiki's before, but im sure you'll be able to do something with it.
