Buddy Follow 2.1

Get Mod Options Framework.
This mod will allow you to automatically join the game that one of your friends joins. You simply right click their name and then select follow, and do the same to disable following. The followed friend is indicated by a red username.
Known issues:
I have no idea why but for some reason I can't get it to highlight the username of your follow target in the buddy list any longer. Also, because of the switch to the mod options framework, the target will not be updated in the options panel either. As current, the only way to tell who you're set to follow is by right clicking their name and seeing if it says Follow or Stop Following. It will however show in game who you are following. Also, because I changed the backend, some behavior is now different. You will not join a game until your target has fully loaded into the game he's joining. This will cause some apparent lag in the follower, but for the same reason the lag when following a buddy that has left a game has been eliminated. I'll be working on getting all of these fixed in the future.

Installation
Just place the .honmod file into the subdirectory .../game/mods/ and use the HoN Modification Manager to update the game files.
Linux: /home/<username>/HoN/game/
Windows 7/Vista: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Windows XP: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Mac:
1. Press Finder
2. Press Applications
3. Right click 'Heroes of Newerth', and press Show containing files
4. Open Game folder
5. Move file here

If you could, please post the mods that you're currently using. I don't think there are any compatibility issues with any other mods so I'm not sure why you were having problems, but if there are some it's best to know about them.Originally Posted by AtroCty
