    Sand Wraith - dissipation timing?

When does dissipation trigger relative to armor, -damage from shields or evasion effects? In other words, in these scenarios, how much damage would be reflected by level 4 Dissipation (20% of 'incoming damage')?

100 damage attack, armor reduces actual damage to 50 - do I reflect 20 or 10?

100 damage attack, Helm of the Black Legion reduces to 60 - do I reflect 20 or 12?

100 damage attack, evaded thanks to Wingbow - do I reflect 20 or 0?

Any other interesting interactions here to be aware of?

    1 Evasion
    2 Deflection (block)
    3 Armor type
    4 Armor Value
5 Hero Ability damage mitigation (Dissipation, Armadillo, Electric Shield, etc.)

You might want to comb to through SyyRaaaN's Sand Wraith Guide if you want to know other things about Dissipation specifically, like that you dissipate 25% of your HP as damage before you die assuming no regen (this is because of the 20% reduction in damage you take.) Lot's of nifty stuff in that guide and in a number of the posts in the thread.

So in other words, Dissipation triggers last and thus combines poorly with any form of tanking besides HP stacking?

What Schizo said. So essentially yeah, the damage reduced is usually much lower than the original unreduced damage.
