It gives an error when trying to apply, but it works without applying (at least in practice mode). Just launch it normally.
If you want to fix it yourself, you can open up mod.xml in the .honmod (rename to .zip) and CTRL-F for:
..and change the dyn_12 to dyn_10. Save, put the mod.xml back in the .zip file, rename back to .honmod and apply.Code:textalign="center" color="#87CEEB" shadow="1" font="dyn_12"
edit: It's possible doing this will hide the number of charges displayed on an ability icon.. I have no idea how to fix this, unfortunately, so it's probably best to wait for FearParanoia to release an official fix. This will at least get you ingame, though.

how does one change a file to .honmod?
i rename the file but it still shows as a zipped file or a winrar file. HoNMod is not reading it either. thank you

In XP you can use Windows Explorer > Tools > View > uncheck Hide Extensions for Known Filetypes. For Vista or Windows 7 you can follow the instructions here. Doing that will display the proper extension on the end and allow you to change it. It might look like "miniui.honmod.zip", so just remove the .zip on the end.
If you know how to use the command prompt you can do it there too (rename file miniui.honmod).

Aah, it seems that if you do the fix I said to get it working, it will cause the number of charges on ability icons to disappear.Something else might have changed in game_interface other than just that which is causing a problem.
I'm not sure why that is, I don't exactly know what I'm doing, I just noticed that there was no line matching that string with dyn_12 but there was one matching dyn_10 that was identical in every other way. It's probably best to wait on a real fix from FearParanoia.
However, other than the charges glitch, it seems it works fine in every other way. Just be warned![]()
