And Void Talisman would need a major buff, seriously I have yet to see this in any game (minus one where I suggested one in our team should get it).

I got Void Talisman about 2 or 3 times... it's not as bad as most ppl seem to think, but it's not really strong either... kind of meh and very situational.
HnS is the worst and Puzzlebox the least used item I think.

Barbed Armor is actually pretty frequent compared to Puzzlebox and Tablet of Command. And I cry whenever I see a carry with Hack 'n Slash as their core

Harkon's blade needs a slight mana cost reduction. 65 or 75 would be more appropriate

Changed the proc on Hack to a stacking dot and it would be awesome. No more slow chance, but it would do more damage as you got to attack a hero more.

I get puzzlebox whenever I'm succubus. I've been considering trying it on some other heroes, but don't really play any of them much...

I voted for Tablet of command. Only seen it in a couple games.

My issues with each of these choices:
Puzzlebox - Total cost does not merit the investment. If they would consider lowering the recipee cost or atleast buff the creeps a bit more (make them eternal).
Tablet of Command - Interesting concept, hasn't made it though. I'd probably go ahead and make this item cheaper and change the stats to a more generic build (The original change of charged hammer comes to mind, it used to have agility but now it uses hyperstone instead, making the item more attractive to other heroes than rather just agi ones.
Barbed Armor - Very small use. Legionaire comes to mind along with others but there's simply not a way to force tanks to take damage when this is on. I'd make this item an active aura and boost its cost price (Like the new tanking boots).
Hack and Slash - Who gets this? Seriously? Its a waste of money even on some toons like Rampage.

barbed armor is starting to get more and more used...
puzzlebox well, it's very situational i guess
tabled of command the only time i saw it being useful was when someone on my team was chasing an andromeda that had it and she jumped down into the river using tablet of command.
hack and slash is just a bad orb effect overall.

Puzzlebox is a lot of fun on gankers with long stuns (polliwog, succubus). As polli, morph + wards + puzzlebox + stun kills pretty much anything. I could see the usefulness on panda or electrician too, but they have way too many other items to use better.
