My suggestion is as follows:
Do NOT count stats for EM games.
Reasoning:
As EM changes the game fundamentals I have found that certain heroes gain an advantage over others, and this quickly manifests into an imbalanced game and thus imbalanced stats. I propose that all EM games do not accrue stats.

I agree that EM games are imbalanced towards stats, but not counting them at all is not the solution.
Separate stats is a good idea for those who like to play EM games. I think that is a viable solution just for keeping records; however, EM stats should not be factored into PSR, ladder ratings, or anything else that depends on stats. It should just be there for all to see but it should never count towards anything.

The modes are different. Split the stats. People with non-em stats only need to worry less about what people think of their stats. PSR is just as hard/easy to get in either mode.
Split everything into two catagories. Maybe that'll give me a reason to play non-em again. It is, afterall, a whole hell of a lot easier to embarass people when your years of last hitting practice actually means something. Longer = fewer heroes to play in any given day. I'll stick to my 30 minute average tyvm.
Good solution - get rid of stats altogether...or make stats personal and private. Only you should be able to see your stats, hence "PERSONAL skill rating".

em is a different way of playing hte game especially when u have noob teamates..
Having stats seperated would create more tension between EM and non EM players than there already is. And there was already a thread for this just the other day.
I prefer EM games over non EM, because I like quicker games.
I know a lot of people prefer non EM games over EM games, for their own preferences and likes.
It wouldn't be right to exclude us EM players from the statistics just because some people per-say don't think EM is a good mode.

S2 finally got tired of signature images. Sigh.
How exactly is an EM game misleading in stats? Other than AVG Game length, EXP and EXP/Min?
None of those should be used to judge a player's skill anyway.
