Goal of the item (optional, but preferred):
This item is intended to provide an upgrade path for the Talisman of Exile, geared towards Int Heroes. The active effect is intended to help protect the Int. hero from melee heroes who have to get close to do mass damage, but does no direct damage to the enemy hero, such as Barbed Armor does.
