i think this would actually be kinda fun though.

Activation: on any unit

10% chance to transform into The Ultimate Warrior
15% chance to transform into a winged courier
60% chance to cast Ultimate Roulette
15% chance to teleport to Home Pond / Kongor

Shi's luck is a gamble where a player can play the odds to try to go for an ultimate buff or possibly an ultimate debuff. the item can be cast on yourself, friendly, or enemy units.

goal: the goal of shi's luck is to put in a fun, 'gamblers' item. most likely it will be used in the end game to truly tip the scales, and create those "WTF!!!"(good) and "OMGWTF!!!(BAD) moments.

its also something that end game losers can go for that when all hope is gone, maybe they can get the ultimate warrior buff and wipe the other team. although ultimately, it won't sway the outcome (because chance dictates that you will get equal/more bad luck scenarios) it gives players a chance for a hail mary.
