It seems like the style nowaday is to wear clothes that were popular a few years ago. Why not is this the same for HoN? If you feel like bringing back the styles of yesterday then Throwback Throwdown is exactly what you’re looking for!
Throwback Throwdown is a challenge that runs over the course of 2 weeks that gives fans a chance to win the throwback avatars for 30 of their favorite heroes.
The rules are simple:
Play 15 games over the course of the challenge and win Throwback Alt #1
Play 30 games over the course of the challenge and win Throwback Alt #2
For Throwback Throwdown Part 2 the avatars are:
Throwback #1: Accursed
Throwback #2: Blood Hunter
REMEMBER:
Must play with friends for games to qualify!
Part 1 starts at 12:00 noon EST on March 15th and ends on 12:00 noon EST on March 29th!

I'm not really a fan of these new events that involve playing loads of games with others.
I think they are a great idea, its a way to promote comradarie and companionship as well as give you free rewards for dedication only.

So we need to play TM, or we can do SOLO que ? And "Qualify", means that playing 15 games doesn't give a 100% alt avatar ?
You're reading so deep into it that you're not taking into account the grander picture...
College starts in two days. I guess I'll do mediocre the first few days just until I finish the 30 games.
Qualify just means that the game is counted for(all requirements have been met). And no it is not possible to solo queue this as what has been written in the rules is that they must be played with friends.
Say, I seem to have lost my brain, you don't seem to be using yours... can I have it?
