Item may be restricted based on the stat STR/AGI/INT or, switchable between. This gives a viable use for the starting items everyone begins with, but is reluctant to replace their slots with. The item may be restricted to prevent stacking of them if it is too cost efficient, or recipe cost will adjust to prevent this. This gives a very effective stat boost for all heroes who wish to have a stat specific item, but don't want to go for the big kill items that provide much greater bonuses.
