My first try at an item, but something I feel there could be a use for. I was using Mock of Brilliance and thought 'What if I could do this for mana?'
So, here's what I've got:
Nullfire Blade (3300g)
Acolyte Staff (2700g)
Cloud Scepter (6000g)
Mana Combustion on hit (72 mana)
Aura (Friendly Units 700 range):
Aura (Enemy Units 700 range):
Activation (Cooldown 120 seconds, mana cost 300):
Removes all debuffs from all allied units within 400 range. Applies a 30% slow to all enemies within 400 range.
What do you guys think? imba? Terribad? Please vote and comment.

Agi+Int is pointless on every hero.
72 mana combustion is imba. (Yes magebane and geometer's is imba).
36 mana sec x5 = 180 mana per second. Nice reg... and the other team -180 reg per second...

Aura wouldn't stack. One only like MoB, so regen gain wouldn't be 180 or -180.
I wanted to make this useful on Int support heroes but Nullfire already has agi so it didn't feel right to take that off.
Any suggestions on how to balance? What would you change the combustion to?

Really imba with the current numbers. If your trying to make this Mock-like, -20 mana regen for all enemies within 650 range, no helpful mana regen, and a small mana burn, like 36 at the most. Plus, would this require rank 2 nullfire blade, or rank 1? Looks like rank 1. The activated is OP and UP at the same time. 400 range sucks, thats succubus attack range, but the complete removal of debuffs, and the slowing of opponents is really powerful. maybe slowing, with 40% at start, wearing off over 4 seconds, and removes one debuff off of every friendly hero.
Also, acolyte staff should be replaced with 2 quickblades + 700 recipe cost, and make this a 40 agil item, 5 int. Bunch of stats, yes, but huge cost. Would be cool to see, but needs some definite tweaking to not be completely OP.
Typhy I like a lot of those ideas. I guess the problem is that whilst requiring Nullfire Blade I actually wanted this to be used by support rather than carries.
Maybe I should be pulling Nullfire out of it and putting other stuff with the oft underused Acolyte Staff.
This item seems to be wayyyy imbalanced for the current game. I like the idea you're trying to implement more mana burns in this game, to stop those pesky carries and nukers. The Mock mana burn feel is a nice touch, but the numbers are too high. It'll maybe be okay if it was lowered to -2 or -3 then with a set of upgrades goes up to -5 or -6. In team fights it wouldn't be noticeable but while laning or chasing it destroys heroes. Upgrades mean make the recipe in general cheaper. Lower the mana combustion to maybe -18 or -22 per hit or even lower.
Fix the agi+int, those 2 stats should never be in the same item. As for the AoE active ability, I say that its too overpowered. The mana combustion from auto attacking, and the AoE mana burn that I suggested earlier is already strong as is. So just take it out.
reduce it to just 20 mana per second AND take out the mana regen, its too imba rite now.
Good thing about playing with friends: you will never get kicked when picking Night Hound as Orange or Brown.
Lol forget bloodstone, buy one of these for infinite mana!
