I have never read such a bigger load of crap in my entire life. Americans are not the only ones that are racist. You made a reciset statement against Americans but you are complainign about racism. I have played Dota 2 as has a lot of people here and I doubt you have with that completely wrong statement. They have more servers, less mixing of races and just as much rage.

My two cents here...
I just stopped plaing HoN, like 2 weeks ago, nealry exclusive because of the massive amount of tears that i get drowned in by my team.
When i started my last 10 HoN Games, i had none, wich i could enjoy in any way. The Flame began in the Picking phase, and grew drastically until a point where our players were sitting in our base because they were so busy insulting each other. Thats when i told them that i had no time for reading their irrational arguments, pointing fingers at each other and left the game.

It happens so much in the last weeks, it really is unbearable, because the game itselfe gets unplayable, when having 2 people afk, just because the dude with the mid hero called one of them "dumb" for not greying out and picking pretty useless.

As well as this game where noone but me greyed out and these 4 last-sec pciked scout, NH, fayde and nomad.

As always, there is 1 proposition that won't solve all of the problems but it will deal with some of them.
Of course you will also have to deal with the side effects of it but sometimes there just ain't 1 all-solving solution.

Ignore chat

It won't make your team act less like idiots, but at least you won't have to listen to them or the enemy team, and that is at the very least half of the sh1t filtered away.
It is very relieving to play a game and not get any response whatsoever when you're used to listen to sh1t-talk in half of them. But of course also a bit less interesting.

Mine always get resolved within a few hours... I don't think there's been a 7 day wait-time for several months.

Probably because everyone stopped bothering to send reports. With the 5 min wait time, 25 silver deposit, and threat of losing your ability to report in the future, it's just not worth the hassle in all but the most extreme cases. Which is just short of encouraging people to troll a free to play game.

Actually, most (IIRC ~70%) of those who get a warning from the RAP system continue to play on without any further issues. This includes F2P.
