How do infraction points work ? What do they stand for and at how many points do we get perma-banned?
Why aren't images on signatures allowed even when I have a single minor infraction. On my page it says points in infraction 1(0) , what does this mean ?

1 point: 1 day without ability to post
2 points: 7 days without ability to post
3 points: 2 weeks without ability to post
4 points: 1 month without ability to post
5 points/8 active infractions: Permanent ban

Warnings don't expire, but 1 point infractions expire after 6 months.

You need to use an offsite image host. We do not allow uploading images directly.

As a person that had an infraction, i would like to remind you, that having an infraction disables images and other advanced functions in a signature. I am pretty sure it is written somewhere in the rules.

It may be not intended, but it is like that. I will take my time to find more info about it and edit this post as soon as I find it.
I find it WAY too harsh.

Tbh I am angry only because I don't have the sig. Nothing personal.
I do not like the global one that I asked for more info. He is "too busy" to pm users that ask about rules in civilized manner, apparently.

Signatures displayed are cached with the post when it is created. If you don't have a signature and create a post, that post will still not show your signature. If you then add a signature in your user options it will display on new posts but not the existing ones...at least until the cache is rebuilt explicitly or expires for that particular content. Using your profile instead of a post is a better way to check if your signature modification has changed as you expected it to.
