1.Increase the range of her first skill.Playing windrunner was always about being a sniper.Remove slow if it is needed.
2.Reduce the cooldown of her ulti.It should have high mana-cost, but short cooldown is what gives high late-game killing potential.

Duration: 2/3/4 seconds.
Cooldown: 80/55/25 seconds.
Mana Cost: 190/300/450.
Damage: 80/90/100% of attack damage per hit.
I was thinking about her ult's damage scaling though, the way it is gives little incentive to use the lower ranks, they have high cost for little damage, I mean rank 1 gives you 4 hits for 80% of her normal damage. Sure it dishes out those hits in 2 seconds, and you can do them while running alongside someone at top speed, slowing them with Slipstream, but still... Okay, maybe i'm just overthinking it. lol.
As for Wind Tunnel, I think 900 is plenty, not only have I given it a path which buffs your movespeed AND ALLIES for 3 seconds, but her attack range is only 350 now (Since she has increased CC and mobility), which means you'll always be in range to use that on a potential target.
Edit: Changed the Ult to include attack modifiers and buffed the duration slightly.

The 3-rd rank of ulti is a bit weak,in my consideration. 4 seconds means only 8 attacks, she wont be able to stand against most tanks(high hp) and agility-based heroes(high armor) in the late game.They will just laugh at her in the face,since 8 hits dont mean much to them, and after those 4 seconds she's back to her normal attack speed,which is very low.My opinion is that duration should be increased.Or,maybe the whole concept should be changed,however her ulti should be about increasing attack speed, since it is the thing that gives her late potential.
I still think that it is vital that her first skill should allow her to finish off her enemies from a safe distance.This is the skill that made windrunner actually windrunner. I enjoyed every moment I killed smb with that arrow. And double killing with a single arrow sends you to a world of bliss. All of it is because you need skill and expirience to predict the movements of your enemies and hit your target. One had to work hard to learn to shoot well.

I think i'd be comfortable upping it to 1000 range but no more, that's really a long way, and anymore than that and the path would be gone before you reached the end of it, which kind of defeats the purpose of that. Any comments on the way the damage of it is dealt? I thought this made it easier to clear creep waves, with more predictable damage, making her a more efficient pusher/chaser.
As for the ult, I was intending her to really be able to deal her ult damage while in Slipstream to really dominate auto-attackers like Chronos and Warbeast (As was her role in DotA) so perhaps I should reinstate attack modifiers on her Ult hits? Because upping the duration or damage would be crazy against non-tanks.

well as a fanboy of windrunner myself i gotta say i love your remake. just a few things though, i think the slow on the first skill should be progressive (instead of a solid 80%, make it something like 20/40/60/80)
other than that, love the tweaks you did on the skills, thumbs up for you!
